Dear Parents -
We are excited about the
Sonshine Nursery
School of Sea Cliff.
As you may know, we have both a 3 year old program and a 4 year old program.
Both programs prepare children for future school experiences in an
atmosphere that is consistent with Christian values. Sonshine Nursery
School is a supportive place for children to come together to actively learn
about their world and the God who created it.
An experienced Christian teacher and aid provide structured
learning situations and serve as role models. We encourage youngsters
to explore, question, and discover. Concrete, hands-on experiences and interactions
with adults and peers prepare children for problem-solving, math, science
and healthy social interaction. Readiness activities provide a strong foundation
for academic subjects while language development is supported by stories,
conversation and songs.
